    Potters Museum in Bramber, Sussex

"Potter was a genius who made fur-lined dolls into whimsical but veritable works of poetic art".

"The museum still exists today but has moved to Devon, and there is a sign there stating that the animals died of natural causes."

"Various taxidermy scenes are shown including the kittens’ wedding, the squirrels’ club, kittens’ tea party, bunnies’ school room, all accurate down to the tiniest details. We also see Potter’s famous “Who Killed Cock Robin” tableau which took seven years to complete."

"Apparently in several wooded areas around the UK, passersby have been stopping for decades (if not centuries), meticulously hammering small denomination coins intro trees. Most of the trees seem to be in and around Cumbria and Portmeirion....the practice might date back to the early 1700s in Scotland where ill people stuck florins into trees with the idea that the tree would take away their sickness."

The “blue’ and “green” {#00FF96}{0.255.150} are actually the same. The way we perceive colors is affected by the surrounding colors. If you pull out the other colors and leave only the blue/green {#00FF96}{0.255.150}, you’ll see what we mean.

"Franz Xaver Messerschmidt (February 6, 1736 – August 19, 1783) was a German-Austrian sculptor most famous for his "character heads", a collection of busts with faces contorted in extreme facial expressions"..."For the Austrian sculptor Franz Xavier Messerschmidt, the facial distortions became his all-consuming subject. In his case they were artificially created for a specific purpose - to ward off the evil spirits who had haunted him since he recovered from a severe illness in 1774. He sought to arrange his grimaces into a scientific system which, believing it would benefit others in similar distress, he portrayed with great realism in sixty-four self-portrait busts."
